Today is the big day

My summer is unofficially over as I leave CA for DC this afternoon. This weekend I will move back into my apartment and unpack boxes and boxes that have been sitting in storage. Classes start the following week (so I have a week to check out the new Target, Marshalls and TJ Maxx). I can't believe I only have 1 year left of college! While I like DC, I really wish I was going back to Australia instead. Next summer I guess :)

Saturday I am seeing Maroon5 in concert for the second time. Should be a lot of fun (minus the fact I will be eaten alive by the mosquitoes in the outdoor theater).

    I went to college in DC too. It's sure to HOT there right about now! Have a safe trip and fun senior year too :)

    You will be heading near my area then, and I will actually be in the city tomorrow shopping in Georgetown :) Maybe sometime this year when I am home from school we should have a DC preppy bloggers meet up! :)

    Hope you have a safe trip and things arrive when and where they are supposed to, preferably in good shape!

    And hopefully the concert won't be one big mosquito-fest...I doubt it, they are pretty good about spraying all sorts of fabulous carcinogens around the place before the show so patrons aren't eaten alive.

    We went to a Maroon 5 charity concert at the Brentwood School. Aren't they amazing in concert?
