Please keep Australia in your thoughts. The fires have destroyed so many houses and even small towns. Victoria (the state I was in and the state where these fires are hitting hardest) is having a major drought so combine that with heat and winds=bad combination!

ReplyDeleteYeah, the stories about the fires are just awful. Being from CA, we know that wildfires happen, but the damages from this one are devastating.
Oh I know. I saw the piece that NBC news did last night during their evening news and it is just horrible there. Such a tragedy.

ReplyDeleteOk as for the 30 day Shred, yes you need weights. I used 5 lbs and boy am I hurting, I am going to try my 2 pounders and see if I can make the whole work out. I def. recommend it though. She is awesome!
My roommate went abroad to Austrailia (Freemantle) and loved it too. From your collages it looks like you had a wonderful experience.
