Britney recap

I had a very fun time in Las Vegas! On Friday afternoon I met up with C and her friend J (who both came in from Dallas). We relaxed Friday night and then hit the pool all day Saturday. It was actually hotter in DC than it was in Vegas!

Saturday night was the Britney concert. It was SO fun! We had amazing seats and even spotted Paris Hi*lton and new boyfriend Doug (from the Hills). Unfortunately there was this crazy middle aged guy who snuck into an empty seat in our row. I can't even describe how weird he was. He offended the family next to him (they had a little kid with them) so they left and the pre-teen girls behind him moved too. And so did the nice couple next to me. So I had this crazy dancing guy next to me. Then his plastic surgery, cowboy hat wearing, boobs hanging out wife came down too. They must have been on drugs. Anyway the concert was amazing and Britney put on a great show.

Look at her crazy hair! I can see how one of the dancers accidentally pulled out some of her extensions!

I am back from my weekend away and unfortunately there were a few bumps in the road. Mainly someone hit my parked car as I walked out of my apartment to drive to the airport. That wasn't the best way to start the weekend! But no one was hurt and luckily everything will be paid for by the other guy.

So glad there is a new Gossip Girl tonight. I will try to do a fashion recap tomorrow night.

For the first time in a long time (I can't believe this is true!) I am going to be without internet for the whole weekend. Yep, I won't have my laptop and I don't have internet on my phone (yet). I've posted before about my google reader OCD (I really hate when it gets to be at over 100 posts unread) but I don't really have a choice.

Just a quick update

My very stressful week begins today. I will probably not be commenting much until Tuesday night (huge exam and research paper due). But after Tuesday I am pretty much home free until finals the first week of May! I can't believe I am writing my last college paper. So close to being done!

Cruise itinerary

I still can't believe I am taking a 3 week cruise! I am beyond excited to set sail in May.

Here are the places we will be seeing:
Italy: Rome, Florence, Sicily (Messina and Palermo), Naples
Monaco: Monte Carlo
Spain: Barcelona, Mallorca (Palma)
Tunisia: Carthage/Tunis (La Goulette)
Croatia: Dubrovnik
Greece: Corfu, Katakolon, Santorini, Piraeus
Turkey: Kusadasi (Ephesus)

My sister has already started a binder with all of the details: hotel and flight itineraries (we are spending a couple of days in Rome on our own before the cruise), shore excursions, ship activities, train/bus schedules- everything needed to make the trip amazing!
