Babar!

I haven't done an elephant post in forever (my other obsession) so here you go: I bookmarked this New Yorker article when it first came out and I just re-discovered it in my bookmarks. I just love Babar and these illustrations by Jean de Brunhoff are so beautiful!

    How did I not know you loved elephants? They were my fav growing up... and now I'm doing #3's nursery in modern elephants. I think Babar would be perfect, thrown in the mix! Hmm... I'm off to search your blog for more elephant greatness. :)
