2. Try on everything in my closet. If it doesn't fit or hasn't been worn in a year DONATE
3. In bed, lights off by 11 PM weeknights (sometimes this won't be possible but I am going to aim to do this on nights I don't go out/have plans)
4. Put money into my savings account every month (I set up an automatic transfer-10% of each pay check once a month)
5. Go through photos on my computer! I had saved hundreds of photos onto my computer-nautical birthday party ideas, nautical wedding ideas, bedroom decorating, outfits I liked, etc etc! I just couldn't delete them but they were taking up a lot of space on my computer. I decided to finally take the time to pin everything from my computer onto Pinterest. This meant finding the original source and pinning directly from there. Now I am going through the rest of my photos (family, trips, friends, holidays) and backing them up onto my external hard drive. Those are the photos I should have on my computer!
And of course the usual: continue running, try to say yes to more social things, be more patient with H
What are your resolutions and goals for 2013?
I love the donate goal for your closet. I need to get my stuff to goodwill also.
ReplyDeleteI try to have a donate bag in the back of my closet-if something doesn't fit or isn't working for me anymore I put it right in. Makes it a bit more manageable
DeleteGreat goals! I especially love going to bed by 11PM and trying on everything in your closet.
ReplyDeleteI just saw in your about me that you spent some time in Australia! I just returned from a semester abroad there! I was at the University of Melbourne... SUCH an amazing experience
ReplyDeleteThat's where I was too. Best semester!
DeleteGreat goals! I love your automatic 10% into savings. Such a good idea! I always aim for an 11:00 bedtime too. It just doesn't ever happen. :(
ReplyDeleteGreat goals! I had to do the same thing with my photos- it was a pain but worth it!
ReplyDeleteAwesome! Love that you've already gotten a jump on so many of them.
