WBTV Media Mixer

Tuesday night Leeann and I went to Sassafras for the WBTV Media Mixer. I have had some pretty amazing Warner Brothers experiences in the past couple of years: meeting Rachel Bilson and costume designer, Meredith Pollack, on the set of Hart of Dixie and visiting the Pretty Little Liars set (room tours, a talk with costume designer Mandi Line, and meeting Ian Harding!).

As soon as I got the email about the media mixer I knew I was in for a fun night! I am always happy to talk about my favorite TV shows for hours! There was lots of buzz about The Originals and Ravenswood. And I brought up the now canceled Cult. I miss Matt Davis on The Vampire Diaries!

photo booth!

We were asked to write down what we thought was the most overused word of 2013 on our name tags. I chose FOMO. The two greeters had hashtag and twerking which I think are probably the most overused! I also saw selfie, Molly, YOLO, and nom among others.
What do you think is the most overused word of 2013?

Milly dress, Tory Burch bag, J.Crew boots

Thank you Warner Brothers for a fun night out!

  1. It looks like so much fun! I know you've been going for years, but how did you first get invited?

    1. The Hart of Dixie event was the first time WB invited bloggers instead of the usual press people. One of the publicity ladies had just gone through a bad breakup and had started to read blogs to distract herself. She then went from one blog to the next via blog rolls and when brainstorming publicity ideas for Hart of Dixie thought it would be fun to do something with the bloggers (instead of the traditional press people that were mostly older guys who wouldn't care about a show with cute clothes).

  2. Such awesome experiences with WB! I'm glad you two still go to all of them!

P.S. I had to google FOMO. Haha! I'm so lame.
