5 DIY Nautical Crafts for Spring

Nautical by Nature | 5 DIY Nautical Crafts for Spring

I admit I am not very crafty. I stick to spray paint and washi tape. But I am looking to try some more advanced (for me) crafting. Last month was apparently national craft month. I bookmarked (and pinned) a bunch of different nautical crafts. Here are my top five.

Nautical Pallet Flags from A Diamond in the Stuff
I would LOVE to add these to the mostly blank wall above my bed! Courtney chose three designs that she liked the best. I think choosing the letters that make up your monogram would be fun too

Nautical Basket Liner from Enjoy the View
What an easy way to transform a simple basket! The red, white, and blue makes me think of summer so I would use a basket like this to store flip flops or beach/pool basics. Grab and go!

Nautical Wreath from Making the World Cuter
I have always wanted to make my own wreaths. I almost made one of the Christmas ornament ones but got sick and ran out of time this year. I think this fabric/jute cord wreath would be the perfect place to start!

Nautical Cork Board Coasters from Kraftie Katie
Entertaining this spring or summer? I bet your guests would love to use these coasters! They would be a fun party favor too

Nautical Magnets from A Forest Full of Songbirds
Jenn found these adorable wooden shapes at her local Michaels for just $.29 each! This would be an easy craft to do with kids. Jenn had her daughter use water paints to decorate the shapes

    1. Apparently you can buy those pallets at Jo-Ann's! I thought I was going to have to go searching at a hardware store or something!
