Below Deck!

Below Deck on Bravo

I wish I had known about this show during the first season! My friend Brooke got me hooked and I am so glad I recorded this season. Below Deck follows the crew aboard the Ohana, a 10 million dollar private luxury yacht, during charter season.

I'm not sure what's more entertaining: the drama between the crew or the demands of the guests! I am still laughing at the "mojitos" that Kate made one of the high maintenance guests. Spoiler alert: definitely NOT mojitos!

Below Deck airs on Bravo Tuesday nights at 9 P.M. It has quickly become a guilty pleasure and I look forward to it every week. Who else watches??

    1. It is really entertaining because you have all of these people living together on a yacht! But also gives a look into sailing/charter season

  2. Hi Kate... Yes I do watch it!!! I too find it very entertaining. I love all the interaction among the 'guests' and the 'crew'. I did catch a few episodes last year, but have been watching it on a more regular basis this year. Hope you continue to enjoy... Irene

    1. I am hoping I can find the episodes from last year because I want to see all the drama with adrienne (I think that was her name?) and Kat!

Some of the guests' demands are just outrageous!

  3. I've watched every show. That being said, and speaking as 1st mate on our 42' catamaran, it is clearly "pretty true" to what chartered trips are like! CRAZY!!!!
My husband and I were at Nanny Cay, the marina that they are using as their home base, while they were filming this season's shows. We watched them in all their antics at the bar on their off nights as well as being at most of the islands they visit while under way.
    Yes..........guilty pleasure indeed!!

    1. Very interesting to hear that it is pretty realistic. So often you hear that nothing is real on these types of shows.

  4. I AM OBSESSED WITH THIS SHOW!

I even got both of my parents hooked! Another great Bravo show (that has flown pretty under the radar) is Jersey Belle. Have you seen that one!?

    1. That is awesome! I love it too. I wish there were more episodes. I hope it comes back for a third season.

I haven't seen Jersey Belle. I'll have to see if I have room on my DVR

  5. I saw the first season of this show and did not know it had been renewed. It is so ridiculous! Ahhh reality TV, thank you for perspective ;)

  6. I didn't realize this show was coming back for season 2. I didn't watch the first one, but I might have if I'd known. Is it the same cast? So many Bravo shows only last one season and I never want to get attached to the people. Haha! Clearly I have issues.

    1. I didn't watch the first season but I think about half are from last season, half new? Kat, the chef, Eddie, Captain Lee were on last season and this season
