I want to know what movies are on your list!
Never Been Kissed Michael Vartan! I may or may not have used vartanlovr16 as my AIM screen name in high school. I really love this movie! I know almost every line. Every time I hear "Don't Worry Baby" I think of that kiss. Swoon.
Austenland On my cruise a bird pooped on my jacket (that's what I get for bringing a white jacket!). Anyway I ended up in the ship's laundry room and this was on. I own it on DVD but I am always up for watching it again.
You've Got Mail I cry at the end. Every single time.
Crazy Stupid Love Ryan Gosling shirtless. Enough said.
Easy A This movie is funny and charming. Great cast too.
Something New Simon Baker at his sexiest. You will fall in love with him. And his dog.
Sixteen Candles There might be something wrong with you if you don't have a crush on Jake Ryan!
Endless Love I went to see this Valentine's Day weekend last year. The soundtrack is so so good. The movie is cheesy but romantic.
Hitch I've seen this movie so many times and I still laugh out loud.
Two Weeks Notice My favorite rom com. There is just something about Hugh Grant in this movie.
How To Lose a Guy in 10 Days One of my favorites. I love their chemistry in this movie (I've only see parts of Fool's Gold-hard to believe it's the same "couple"! That movie was not good!)
John Tucker Must Die Completely underrated. Penn Badgley with long hair! Watch this before you watch Easy A. He looks much better in that.
Lars and the Real Girl Not a comedy and pretty quirky BUT I think it's romantic and sweet. Definitely my favorite Ryan Gosling movie. The end of this movie always reminds me there is good in the world.
Ten Things I Hate About You I still quote this movie and I'm sure you do too.
The Notebook I like Ryan Gosling. Can you tell?
This Means War Two hot guys fighting for you. Dream come true.
Notting Hill This movie is so romantic. I like to think a famous actor will profess his love to me one day.
* I'll watch Love Actually and The Holiday year round but more during the holidays so I'm not including them.
I love a lot of the movies on your list! My Top 10 list, off the top of my head/in slight order:
ReplyDeleteSerendipity
Waiting For Forever
Because I Said So
Simply Irresistible
Safe Haven
Country Strong
A Walk to Remember
The Fault In Our Stars
Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part 1
Sleepless in Seattle
And, cheating, a second Top 10 lit of honorable mentions (movies that I either don't love as much/don't feel the love as much as in the first 10, or more often movies I love but that I think of in their other genres than as romantic movies:
August Rush
10 Things I Hate About You
Coyote Ugly
The Sweetest Thing
What A Girl Wants
Moulin Rouge
Clueless
Tangled
Romeo & Juliet
If I Stay
Oh, I've never heard of Austenland. I'll have to try it out. I've been looking for a good movie to rent.
